KeyPal Will solve The 3 Problems of today's Public key servers:
When you submit your public key to a key server today, the key is also forwarded to other servers around the world. Deleting the key from one server would not cause it to be deleted from any of the other servers. With KeyPal you can edit or delete your key at any time.
Anyone can upload a bogus key to a traditional key server. To disincentivize this, KeyPal requires a donation of at least 0.01 Ether when registring a new key. This fee is then automtically donated to the Ethereum Foundation via a smart contract.
Records on today's key servers can be censored or rearranged. Since KeyPal is running on the Ethereum Blockchain it's censorship-proof and immutable.
